Boldness is rewarded, being silent is not. Most people are working too many hours without being bold enough to showcase their expertise. They’re like the stay-at-home mom who rarely gets recognition.

You have spent years & years to gather the knowledge you have and that’s amazing. But no matter how much you know, it’s of no use if you don’t implement it and if you others don’t know about it. Don’t be a best-kept secret experts that others take advantage of. Be the person others see as an authority with respect in their eyes for you.

2. Be CONFIDENT in speaking what you have in mind.

Most people are not confident in what they want to speak. They speak average, communicate average, presentation average and then wonder: “Why do I have an average life?”

If you want other people to surpass you and if you want to stay stuck in your career, speaking with low confidence should be your way. If you want to move forward in your career like a tiger, you must be confident like a tiger. Makes sense?

Develop your leadership communication. If you’d like to be respected like a leader, you must speak like a leader.

3. Brand yourself properly.

Branding is not some logo, colors and websites. Branding is what people think about when they think about you. Most people are not even aware of your awesomeness. For years many of my clients were unknown, unheard of and unhappy. Why? Because they didn’t know how to brand themselves, until they met me of course.
